Placing an Order

Orders:

Orders can be placed by telephone by calling 01822 834083. We can help you choose flowers suited to the occasion, to the personality and tastes of the recipient or to the interior decoration of the room in which the flowers are to be displayed.  During your call we will agree a delivery date with you and, where we are able, agree a morning, afternoon or evening delivery time slot too.  Our delivery charges reflect the mileage and time required to deliver the floral item to you.  These charges are subject to change reflecting our changing costs and special promotions; please see our home page for current charges. For large or multiple items where we may use specialist transport we will quote the costs of such delivery in writing, itemised as a separate part of your overall quotation.

To successfully complete your order we will need the following information:

  • Correct home addresses for you and the recipient, including postcodes
  • Where flowers are to be delivered to a workplace, the recipient’s working hours
  • A telephone number for both you and the recipient
  • If you have the information – when the recipient is likely to be at home and directions to their home if it is a little hard to find.

When the intended recipient is not at home, we will leave a card asking them to contact us to arrange delivery. Please do not ask us to leave the flowers with a neighbour unless you are sure that the recipient would be happy with this. We cannot take responsibility for flowers that have been left with a third party. We regret that where we have been unable to make contact with the intended recipient to arrange a timely delivery that we are unable to guarantee the freshness of the flowers subsequently delivered or to issue a refund.

Where funeral flowers have been ordered, they will be delivered to the funeral directors approximately 2 hours before the funeral. It is essential that you provide the full name and preferably the date of birth of the deceased, the name and address of the funeral directors and the date and time of the funeral. Please note that once a funeral tribute has been delivered to the funeral director we are unable to accept responsibility for the flowers.

Home visits are available for those planning their wedding or when choosing funeral tributes, if desired. Please telephone us to arrange a home appointment.

How to pay:

Details of how to pay for orders placed as a result of a home visit or for corporate customers will be advised in writing together with other specific terms and conditions.

If you are placing an order by telephone please have your debit/credit card ready; the following cards are accepted:

We can accept payment by cheque for our floral designs but please ensure the cheque is received by us at least 7 days before the desired delivery date, to allow for cheque clearance.
