Whilst we will always seek to provide you with the exact flowers or foliages you have requested we reserve the right to substitute these when we deem this necessary. Substitutions can occur as a result of supply or environmental factors, etc. Please be assured that any substitutes will be chosen for their similarity with the flowers originally requested, both in terms of appearance and value.
As our products are perishable they are exempt from the 7-day cooling off period applicable to other goods included within the distance selling regulations. However, In the event that you are dissatisfied with the product received you should contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then investigate your complaint and where we find your complaint genuine and justified, a replacement or refund will be given.
Terms and conditions relating to ‘home visit’ orders and to corporate customers are issued to customers in writing.
